At Buile Hill Academy our rewards system is structured around the foundation of students’ effort by simply trying their personal best through character and academic development. We recognise the importance of consistently celebrating students' achievements both, inside and outside of the classroom of which our system aims to present the opportunity for everyone to higher their individual standards within the reward categories and not accept any excuses.

Points and Celebrations

Personal Best points can be awarded by any staff member and later monitored during Friday's tutor time celebrations. Furthermore, the time is spent recognizing each students' weekly accumulation of points, attendance and star of the week.

Throughout the whole school, we use Satchel One to input PB reward points when pupils meet the relevant criteria of the following titles;
