Each year, we require information from you regarding your child.

If your child is a new student, you will be provided with a Student Data Pack to complete.

For existing students, a Student Data Pack will be shared with you annually, along with the previous year's data pack, for you to check and update us on any changes to your child's information. You can also print off a copy of the Student Data Pack from this page and return it to our school reception office at any time should you wish to update us; or you can email builehillinfo@consilium-at.com and request a pack be sent to you in the post.
